Nublo Restaurant is located in a palatial home from the XVIth Century in Haro (La Rioja). You can come to our house through an antique entrance hall. You will find our main dining room, a group dinning room and a private dinning room, an open kitchen, multipurpose room, tasting room and a special wine cellar.

We change our menu on a daily basis, we are always looking for seasonal products, we pay attention to nature and we have a creative curiosity that makes us develop new ways of eating.

Executive menu on lunch service: 80€
(weekdays except Friday nights and holidays).
We are preparing the new season, so we will be closed from January 28th until February 26th, in the meantime make your reservations for the return.
We use limitation as a creative tool. In the middle of the aggressiveness and volatility of the flames, we find calmness. We love the tranquility of cooking as people did in the past. We design our cooking based on one of the most natural resources, the firewood.
Haro is located in the upper Rioja region. This is land that has a lot of centenary wineries and it is the home of a new generation of winemakers where tradition and modernity are essential. This land has the greatest density of centenary wineries and it is a landmark of wine in the world. This is a natural paradise that has 66.797 hectares of vineyards. Rivers water our orchards and an environment full of municipalities made with masonry stone and with an outstanding gastronomic culture.
